What this page does and doesn't tell you
It shows whether the service is up and reading calendars. Individual lock problems, like a weak signal or a low battery on one door, are specific to your hardware and show on your dashboard and in your email alerts, not here.
Codes already on a lock keep working even if this service is unavailable; they're stored on the lock.
